Konteks78:54 He brought them to the border of his holy land,
[66:13] 1 sn Here the psalmist switches to the singular; he speaks as the representative of the nation.
[68:22] 2 tn That is, the enemies mentioned in v. 21. Even if they retreat to distant regions, God will retrieve them and make them taste his judgment.
[78:54] 3 tn Heb “this mountain.” The whole land of Canaan seems to be referred to here. In Exod 15:17 the promised land is called the “mountain of your [i.e., God’s] inheritance.”
[78:54] 4 tn The “right hand” here symbolizes God’s military strength (see v. 55).
